As the founder and president of various cutting-edge companies with extreme vision, he has created state-of-the-art technologies such as fingerprint, face and iris identification systems, and interactive financial transaction systems. He holds 100+ patents issued/pending and has developed solutions being used by millions of people around the world.
During his tenure at multinational companies including Lockheed Martin and Thales, Frank was responsible for hundreds of millions in yearly revenues and managing hundreds of employees. In addition, Frank has 30+ years of expertise in building supply chains and managing teams throughout an organization including: marketing, technology development, sales and business development.
Greg Page, a former US Army Captain, has over 25 years of telecom experience at VSN and Motorola, where as a senior executive, he led several global business groups responsible for developing, marketing and selling hundreds of different models of mobile phones, shipping over 150 million devices and generating billions of dollars in revenue.
Mr. Joseph A. Fuentes is a CPA licensed in Puerto Rico and Virginia and a member of the AICPA, the Virginia Society of CPAs, and Puerto Rico Society of CPAs. He is the founder and CEO of Fuentes-Fernández & Co (FFC), PSC. Previously, Mr. Fuentes was a Sr. Auditor of an multinational firm, engaged principally with healthcare institutions and manufacturing and construction companies.

Leena El-Ali is a strategic thinker and entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in global emerging market investment management out of London, England that included Latin American and post-Soviet bloc debt restructurings and in international development in Asia and the Middle East out of Washington, DC with a focus on stakeholder engagement in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. A member of the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute, Ms. El-Ali studied Economics at the American University of Beirut and Oxford University and is fluent in several languages including Arabic, English, French, and Spanish.
Henry Garcia has over 30 years of experience, including 20 years as a senior Motorola executive, leading functionally and geographically diverse engineering and product development teams to launch hundreds of different mobile phone models as well as other consumer electronics products. A strong communicator and natural leader, he has served in numerous executive roles including CEO and President.
Rick worked for twenty years at Sprint as a senior executive in charge of Private Label Wireless Solutions to Sprint's international based partners, working extensively with Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) around the world.
CAPT John Shapiro (USN, ret) served in Iraq with II Marine Expeditionary Force (Fallujah and Ramadi); was attached to 4th PSYOP Operations Group (POG), Special Operations Force (SOF-Ft. Bragg) based in Kabul and Kandahar, Afghanistan; and finished his career on the Headquarters Staff of US 10th Fleet/US Fleet Cyber Command, Ft. George G. Meade, MD. His Military Specialties were CYBER Warfare/Signals Intelligence. In his 30 years of legal experience in the private sector, he has represented major multi-national corporations and business entities in complex international business transactions.
